Hi, I'm Sara

And it's good to meet you here. 

By day I write marketing communications for other people and help tell their stories. In reality, that leaves very little time to write my own stories so it's with some surprise - and a little emotion if I'm honest, - that Two Weddings and a Safari is finally published. 

With a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, I'm endlessly fascinated with the complex dynamics of relationships; the love of family, the beauty of friendship, and the unexpected moments of connection in our everyday lives where a single decision can change everything. 

With my roots firmly in Oxfordshire - and surrounded by family - I'm currently working on my next memoir which explores a lifetime of house moves and the slightly elusive idea of what it means to finally put down roots.

When not writing and obsessing about words, I'm happiest with a new novel, a large G&T hiking in the great outdoors or lying on a yoga mat.
